All membership includes:

  • Weekly one-on-one personalised training session 1, 2 or 3 times per week.
  • Regular exercise & lifestyle planning outside of the studio.
  • Nutrition guidance (optional extra)
  • 6 weekly fitness testing / body composition / goal setting
  • Access to extra group fitness classes
  • Online forum community

If you want a more personalised program than a group training session that is less expensive than one-on-one training, than team training is your answer!

Replenish Your Life can offer the benefits of one-on-one training in small groups. Team training caters to 2, 3 or 4 people in the group, never any more.
